RayKote 7200

Self-crosslinking Styrene Acrylic Emulsion for DTM Applications

RayKote 7200 is a self-crosslinking, styrene acrylic emulsion polymer designed to provide excellent gloss and excellent adhesion to various metal substrates. Coatings formulated with RayKote 7200 exhibit outstanding corrosion and early water resistance for direct-to-metal and primer applications.

This resin can be formulated to have very high 20 and 60 degree glosses and is ideal for high gloss, light duty industrial enamels. It has good adhesion to many metal substrates, including polished cold rolled steel, and aluminum. Corrosion resistance in salt spray test is good in both glossy and matte formulations.
